Established in 1973 Air Tool Services is one of the UK’s leading air tool sales and service specialists. We have been providing industry with a consistently high standard of air tool repair and promoting high quality, cost effective production tooling and systems throughout the UK for over 30 years.

Air Tool Services distributes many of the best tooling names in the world including air tools, motors and production accessories from the industrial ranges of CP and Bosch. Additional ranges include Gesipa, Lubbering, ATA, Seco Grinding Products, Rand, Alcoa Fastening Systems (including Fairchild, Rosan), and PCL.

Other products include Georges Renault DC Fastening Equipment, Bosch EXACT Cordless Technology, pneumatic and manual press systems and workstation assemblies, all tailored to your own requirements.

Our Service Centre is second to none; working within ISO9001 guidelines and to BAE approval all our repair and service work is guaranteed. We complement these services by also offering HAV Assessment, Calibration Recall and a Preventative Maintenance program. All Air Tool Services’ engineering staff are trained to OEM standards and we are proud of the many accreditations awarded for our level of training, workmanship and continuous improvement in our Service Centre and manufacturing department. Our engineering and support teams are committed to providing a first class service to you and this loyalty is returned by our continued commitment to the Investor In People standard which we have retained since 1995. Many of our team have ITAR clearance and we are able to work through the EXOSTAR sourcing tool if required.

All or our engineering staff have been trained to original equipment manufacturer standards and, through training with these manufacturers, are able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the equipment and utilise this expertise to provide an excellent service to Air Tool Services' customers.

Our policy is to supply quality "fit for purpose" products into the market place.

CALIBRATION & HAV TESTING

We have the facilities to calibrate and certify hand and power tooling to 1000NM. All measurements and equipment are traceable to national standards. We have IOSH accredited engineers who can carry out HAV testing and advise on surveillance and remedial action.

HIRE TOOLS

We have a wide range of Huck and Cherry riveting tools and head assemblies available to hire on a short or long term basis. We also have limited stocks of re-conditioned tooling available to purchase.
