AIR TOOLING

We distribute all major brands of air tools, motors and accessories, including CP Desoutter, Bosch Industrial Tools, Georges Renault, Gesipa, Huck, K-Fast, Hi-Shear, ATA, SECO, Cengar, Cherry and PCL.

Air Tool Services supplies to all areas of industry worldwide, including assembly, engineering, manufacturing and re-working and as such we have a variety of tool ranges to suit all budgets and requirements. Our A-Z sourcing guide lists most of the tool brands that we supply. However, if it’s not on the list it doesn’t mean we can’t supply it. Simply give us a call and we’ll help if we can.

DC, ELECTRIC & CORDLESS TOOLING

We offer the full range of CP (Georges Renault) DC- controlled electric nut-runners and fixtured spindles for use on all critical applications to increase quality control joint integrity, data recording and traceability above that achieved with air-powered tools. Individual fastening programs, bar code readers and Ethernet networking are all options that can be tailored to your specific needs.

The Bosch range of EXACT and ANGLEEXACT cordless screwdrivers and nut-runners are ideal where precision work is required but cables and air hoses would get in the way. They have impressive shut-off accuracy, extreme durability and have a shut-off range up to 30Nm. New to the market for 2005 is the added option of Blue Tooth technology to deter theft and allow for easier data and programming transferral.

The CP PlugandTighten range plugs into a standard 230/110V supply, has a self-learning mode and offers tamperproof programming directly on the tool or from a pocket PC. Available as in-line or angle models, this range operates between 3 and 65Nm.

ASSEMBLY SYSTEMS

Air Tool Services can provide everything you need to set up or re-design your production cell. As well as the tools required we supply workstations, torque arms, balancers and coilhoses to improve ergonomics and increase productivity. Air Tool Services offers a full range of manual, pneumatic and electro-pneumatic presses, electric and pneumatic automatic feed drills (AFDs) and tappers.

AEROSPACE TOOLING

Our specialist aerospace sales and engineering staff can advise and source on almost all products. We have strong working partnership with BAE Systems and support other major companies such as Airbus and Aircelle. Our aerospace-specific ranges include CP, Huck, Bosch, K-Fast, Recoules, Quackenbush, RJD, Cherry, Avdel, Doler, Lubbering, ATA, Atlas Copco, Hi-Shear, Spacematic, Jiffy, Keensert and EC Shears.

Manufacturing of drill bushes, slip bushes, rivet snaps, adaptors, flaring sleeves and riveting dollies can be carried out in-house and to your specification.

Most of our team have ITAR approval and have completed FOD awareness training. The majority are also security cleared by BAE Systems.
