NEW CP74 Series of Grinders from Chicago Pneumatic now Available!

Chicago Pneumatic has introduced the CP74 Series of ¼” and 6mm PNEUMATIC DIE GRINDERS. Delivering up to 20% more power than the CP91 RANGE that it replaces and with a collet designed for quick and easy BURR CHANGES, the CP74 PNEUMATIC DIE GRINDER RANGE will help optimise productivity in THE WORKSHOP as well as SERVICE & REPAIR.

QUICK CHANGE

Equipped with CP’s unique locking spindle system changing carbide burrs is quicker and easier than other die grinders – which often requires two spanner wrenches.

Operators no longer have to place the tool in a vice or between their knees (we’ve all been there), reducing production stoppage times and improving productivity.

WIDE RANGE OF APPLICATIONS

CP74 DIE GRINDERS help optimise productivity across a range of applications including METAL FABRICATION, SERVICING AND REPAIR.

Available with a choice of SIX DIFFERENT HEADS – short, long, straight or angle (120°, 90°) – they offer the best possible configuration for your specific application including MATCHING WELDED SURFACES, DEBURRING, and CHAMPFERING.

COMFORT & SAFETY

The CP74 SERIES offers improved user comfort. Handles are made from THERMOPLASTIC RUBBER (TPR) which ensures operators can maintain a good surface grip. The rugged composite casing acts as a great insulator, reducing heat transfer between the motor and the sleeve. In combination, these features mean that operators can work more comfortably, for longer.

POWER TO WEIGHT RATIO

CP74 PNEUMATIC DIE GRINDERS offer excellent power to weight performance.
Operating between 22,000 and 28000 rpm the smallest grinder weighs in at just 0.5kg (1.1lb) and largest at 1.1kg (2.43lb).
