To ensure your claim is handled promptly, please follow these four simple steps:
- Submit Your Claim
Provide details of your product, including the model number, serial number, and a description of the issue. - Upload Documentation
Attach any required documents, such as proof of purchase and photos of the product and issue. - Check your inbox
Once submitted, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email of your claim and instructions on the next steps. - Send in your Tool
Package your tool, along with a copy of your email confirmation, proof of purchase etc. and send to the address provided.
